Document Storage

A dedicated virtual space that can be configured and customized, with the option to set document categories using metadata, manage collaboration spaces, and perform advanced full-text searches.

Digital Signature and Timestamping

Automate internal approval and signing workflows by individual users or company departments. Also allows documents to be signed by users external to the organization and provides immediate access to signed documents.

Digital Preservation Submission

After signing, a document can be preserved digitally; likewise, attachments from a certified email (PEC) message can be preserved after receipt.

Certified Email (PEC)

Certified transmission of signed documents (Outbound) and monitoring of company PEC mailboxes based on custom filters, with automated processing of received messages and attachments (Inbound).
